Prevention
Keep away from heat/sparks/open flames/hot surfaces. No smoking. Keep container tightly closed. Ground/Bond container and receiving equipment. Use only non-sparking tools. Take precautionary measures against static discharge. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Wear protective gloves/eye protection/face protection. Avoid breathing mist/vapors/spray. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
Response
IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. Rinse skin with water/shower. In case of fire: consider carbon dioxide, dry chemical powder, dry sand, limestone powder, or alcohol resistant foam to extinguish. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention. Take off contaminated clothing and wash it before reuse. If inhaled: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Call a poison center/doctor if you feel unwell. If swallowed: Immediately call a poison center/doctor. Do NOT induce vomiting.
