SECTION 2: Hazards identification
Product classification according to current European directives : The product is associated with no danger symbol. Main dangers : NONE Special dangers : No particular danger in the case of normal use of the product. However, during processing and in the event of cutting with a circular saw, irritation of the eyes and the respiratory tract is possible due to the creation of dust. Similarly, the presence of cement can cause sensitization of the skin in the event of repetitive contact. Fibers : To be inhaled and to be deposited in the alveolar zones, a fiber must be less than 3.5µm in diameter and a maximum length of 250µm. However, our panels are made of wood wool obtained by planing wood, at least 0.2mm thick, at least 1mm wide and of variable length but of the order of several centimeters. Due to these dimensions, our panels present no risk.
