2.3 Other hazards
This product is not expected to produce any unusual hazards during normal use. However, during sanding dust is released into the atmosphere. Exposure to high dust levels may irritate the skin, eyes, nose, throat, or upper respiratory tract. Ensure adequate ventilation and avoid breathing excessive dust. In case of insufficient ventilation wear suitable respiratory equipment for example dust mask (EN 149) or respirator with a particle filter (EN 143). Knauf does not add crystalline silica or quartz to this product. However, some of the naturally occurring minerals used in this product may contain trace amounts of this mineral.
