Causes severe skin burns and eye damage that may not be felt immediately. Toxic if swallowed, if inhaled, if in contact with skin. Causes serious eye damage.
Prevention
Do not breathe mists. Use only outdoors or a well-ventilated area. Wash thoroughly after handling. Do not eat, drink orsmoke when using this product.
Response
IF IN EYES Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do – continue rinsing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. Flood rinse sink with water/shower for 15 minutes. Apply 2.5% calcium gluconate gel to burn site. Immediately call a doctor or poison control center. IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Drink water, milk or a solution of calcium gluconate or calcium lactate. Immediately call a doctor or poison control center IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Immediately call a doctor or poison control center.
Storage
Store locked up. Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed.
Disposal
