Additional information
Jotun Impregnering Tre: This product is a wood preservative authorized according to national legislation implementing the Biocidal Product Directive 98/8/EC. Authorized biocidal products should be handled and used in accordance with instructions given on the label/technical data sheet. Use Class 3 The maximum level of the active ingredients: 0,3% 3-lodo-2-propynyl- butylcarbamate, 0,2% tebuconazole, 0,2% Propiconazol, 0,04%Thiachloprid. Authorised for amateur and professional use. Conditions for use: Application method: Brush, sponge, dipping. The product is not to be used for spray application. The maximum application rate is 4 m2/L To comply with the efficacy claim, a topcoat has to be applied. The topcoat should be applied within one month after application. Appropriate and suitable PPE (coverall, gloves and goggles) has to be used by professionals. Not to be used on materials which are in direct contact with food or feeding stuff. The soil has to be covered during application of the wood preservative product. The product must not be used near surface water and run-off to surface water has to be prevented. Not to be used on materials which are in direct contact with water and/or soil. Do not allow to enter drains or watercourses. Material and/or container must be disposed of as hazardous waste.
