Principle Routes of Exposure
Eyes, Skin, Inhalation, and Ingestion.
Potential health effects
Eye Contact: Can cause eye irritation, including burning sensation, tearing, redness or swelling. Skin Contact: Can cause skin irritation and blistering. Effects may be delayed. May cause allergic reaction. Skin Absorption: May be toxic if absorbed through the skin. Inhalation: Can cause respiratory irritation. Overexposure may cause coughing, shortness of breath, dizziness, intoxication and collapse. Ingestion: Small amounts (a tablespoonful) swallowed during normal handling operations are not likely to cause injury, swallowing amounts larger than that may cause injury.
Potential chronic health
Repeated or prolonged exposure may result in liver damage. Target Organs: Liver, eyes, skin, Respiratory System, and digestive tract Aggravation of Pre-Existing Conditions: May aggravate pre-existing liver disease.
