Emergency Overview Potential health risks vary from person to person. As a precaution, exposure to liquids, vapors, mists or fumes should be minimized. In an accident involving high-pressure equipment, this product may be injected under the skin, resulting in a small, sometimes bloodless puncture wound. Immediate treatment at a surgical emergency center is recommended.
Potential health effects
Eye Contact May cause slight irritation and redness. Skin Contact Prolonged or repeated skin contact may cause mild irritation. Ingestion While this product has a low degree of toxicity, ingestion may cause irritation of the digestive tract. Inhalation Not expected to present an inhalation exposure risk at ambient temperatures. If vapors or mists are created upon heating or by mechanical means, vapors or mists may be produced which may cause irritation of the breathing passages.
