Prevention
Wash thoroughly after handling. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.
Response
IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention. Inhalation Vapour is irritant to mucous membranes and respiratory tract. Ingestion May irritate throat and gastrointestinal tract. May cause gastric upset. Skin Will have a strong degreasing effect on the skin. May cause irritation. Repeated or prolonged skin contact may lead to irritant contact dermatitis. Eye Moderate irritant. If contact is prolonged, may cause tissue injury. Vapour can also irritate the eyes.
