SECTION 2: Hazards identification
EMERGENCY OVERVIEW: This product may form combustible dust in air (during processing). Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Wear protective gloves. Wear eye/face protection. Wear gloves and eye protection (or face shield)
Principle Routes of Exposure
EYES, SKIN CONTACT, INHALATION, INGESTION
Acute Health Hazards
Hazardous in case of skin contact (irritant), of eye contact (irritant – can cause serious damage), of ingestion or inhalation (call poison center or physician if feeling irregular). Eye contact can result in corneal damage or blindness. Skin contact can produce minor inflammation and blistering. Inhalation of mist can produce irritation to gastro-intestinal or respiratory tract, characterized by slight burning, sneezing and coughing. Inflammation of the eye is characterized by redness, watering, and itching. Skin inflammation is characterized by itching, scaling, reddening, or, occasionally, blistering. Components of this product contain no known Carcinogenic agents. SECTION 3 NOTES: If product comes in contact with eyes rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and can be done safely. Continue rinsing and consult a physician. If swallowed rinse mouth and call poison center or physician if you do not feel well.
