SECTION 2: Hazards identification
1999/45/EC EMERGENCY OVERVIEW: This product may intensify fire; oxidizer. This product may cause serious damage to eyes and skin. Harmful if ingested, it may cause nausea, headache, and a physician should be consulted if ingested or if eye irritation exists. Classified as dangerous in accordance with the criteria of Directives 67/548/EEC and 1999/45/EC Contact with combustible material may cause fire. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames and hot surfaces. No smoking around this product. Heat may cause pressure rise in sealed (not adequately vented) tanks/drums: explosion risk. Harmful to fish. Toxic to in vertebrates (Daphnia) Harmful if swallowed. Risk of serious damage to eyes. Wear gloves and eye protection (or face shield)

Acute Health Hazards
Hazardous in case of skin contact (irritant), of eye contact (irritant – can cause serious damage), of ingestion or inhalation (call poison center or physician if feeling irregular). Slightly hazardous in case of skin contact (corrosive), of eye contact (DANGEROUS). The amount of tissue damage depends on the length of contact time. Eye contact can result in corneal damage or blindness. Skin contact can produce minor inflammation and blistering. Inhalation of mist can produce irritation to gastro-intestinal or respiratory tract, characterized by slight burning, sneezing and coughing. Inflammation of the eye is characterized by redness, watering, and itching. Skin inflammation is characterized by itching, scaling, reddening, or, occasionally, blistering.
