2.1 Classification of the substance or mixture

Hazardous according to the criteria of the Globally Harmonised System of the Classification and Labelling of Chemicals GHS substance/mixture **Note: the formula for this product is unchanged. The calculation rules used by GHS require that in most instances, products containing greater that 3% surfactant are classified as Serious Eye Damage Cat 1. This requires the Danger signal word and Corrosive pictogram on the label. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.
