Substance/mixture does not meet the criteria for PBT/vPvB according to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, Annex XIII The use of this chemical entails the obligation of " Risk Assessment " by the employer in accordance with the provisions of the Safety Regulation. Workers exposed to this chemical agent must not undergo health checks if the results of the risk assessment shows that , in relation to the type and amount of chemical agent and the mode and frequency of exposure to that agent , there is only a "moderate risk" to the health and safety of workers and the measures provided for in the same Decree . They are sufficient to reduce the risk .
