Potential health effects

Inhalation: Dust may be slightly irritative to upper respiratory tract and in rare instances may cause respiratory or other microbial infections and allergies. Skin Contact: This product may irritate skin; however it is unlikely to cause more than minor discomfort such as itchiness or slight skin reddening. May cause drying of the skin if exposure is prolonged. Eye Contact: Slightly Irritative by mechanical abrasion if exposed to dust. Ingestion: May be irritating to the throat due to any dust generated or to the gastro-intestinal tract. Acute potassium poisonings following ingestion are rare because large doses usually induce vomiting. Carcinogen Status: SWA: No significant ingredient is classified as carcinogenic by SWA. NTP: No significant ingredient is classified as carcinogenic by NTP. IARC: No significant ingredient is classified as carcinogenic by IARC.
