OSHA EMERGENCY OVERVIEW PHYSICAL STATE: Solid COLOR: Opaque Tan ODOR: Odorless Severe eye irritant. Causes severe skin irritation. Moderate respiratory tract irritant. Harmful if swallowed. Cancer hazard.
Potential health effects
BY ROUTE OF ENTRY EYE: Can cause severe irritation. Eye contact may result in corneal injury. Symptoms may include discomfort or pain, excessive blinking and tear production, with marked redness and swelling of the conjunctiva. Temporary vision impairment (cloudy or blurred vision) is possible. SKIN: Contact causes severe skin irritation and possible burns. INHALATION: Can cause moderate respiratory irritation. Inhalation of dusts produced during cutting, grinding or sanding of this product may cause irritation of the respiratory tract. Overexposure to crystalline silica may cause silicosis. INGESTION: Ingestion is not an anticipated route of exposure. Harmful if swallowed. Severely irritating to mouth, throat, and stomach.
