ACUTE: INHALATION: Causes severe respiratory irritation if inhaled. CONTACT WITH SKIN: Contact may cause immediate severe irritation, progressing quickly to chemical burns. EYE CONTACT: Contact may cause immediate severe irritation, progressing quickly to chemical burns. Can cause blindness. INGESTION: May cause burns or irritation of the lining of the mouth, throat, and gastrointestinal tract. Swallowing small quantities of this material will result in serious health hazard.
