Health Hazards: None. This product does not meet the criteria necessary for classification as hazardous, as defined in Regulation EC 1272/2008 and Directive 67/548/EEC. Depending on the type of handling and use (e.g., crushing or drying), crystalline silica can be generated in the form of quartz, breathable and airborne. This product does not contain crystalline free silica in the form of cristobalite. Occupational exposure to respirable crystalline silica dust should be monitored and controlled.
