2.1 Classification of the substance or mixture
This Safety Data Sheet is prepared voluntarily, this product does not meet the criteria for classification under the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS).
2.2 Label elements
No hazard warning symbols required. The 14th ATP of the CLP Regulation describes extra labelling requirements on the packaging of liquid mixtures/dispersions containing 1 % or more of Titanium dioxide particles with an aerodynamic diameter ≤ 10 μm. These liquid mixtures/dispersions shall bear the following statement: EUH211: ‘Warning! Hazardous respirable droplets may be formed when sprayed. Do not breathe spray or mist.’ This does not apply to all of the colours in the product range, the EUH211 phrase will only appear on qualifying colours.
