SECTION 2: Hazards identification
Emergency Overview- Pouches contain white granules/powder. Oxidizer with a slight chlorine odor. Harmful if swallowed. Releases chlorine dioxide gas when the contents of the pouches are mixed and in contact with moisture or water. Causes eye, skin and respiratory tract irritation upon contact with high concentrations of chlorine dioxide gas. Prolonged exposure to high concentration of chlorine dioxide through inhalation may cause lung damage.
