Health hazards

In high concentrations, the inhalation of methane may cause drowsiness and possibly headache, nausea or dizziness. High concentrations of gas can displace oxygen in the air. This results in a lack of oxygen, which may cause suffocation if prolonged. If it evaporates quickly, pressurized natural gas may cause freezing injuries. PBT/vPvB- properties has not been defined.
