SECTION 2: Hazards identification
Extremely Flammable (F+, R12). - Readily forms an explosive air-vapour mixture at ambient temperature. - Vapour below minus 1120C is heavier than air and may travel to remote sources of ignition (e.g. along drainage systems, into basements etc.). - Liquid leaks generate large volumes of flammable vapour. - Refrigerated liquefied gas. Contact with the product may cause cold (cryogenic) burns, frostbite or injury. - Liquid release or vapour jets present a risk of serious damage to unprotected skin or eyes. 1
