RemOx® L ISCO Reagent may cause damage to the eye. Momentary contact of solution at room temperature will leave brown stains and may be irritating to some who are more sensitive. Prolonged contact is damaging to the skin. Acute inhalation toxicity data are not available. However, airborne concentrations of sodium permanganate in the form of mist may cause irritation to the respiratory tract for some. RemOx® L ISCO Reagent, if swallowed, may cause burns to mucous membranes of the mouth, throat, esophagus, and stomach. Health: 1 - Slight Flammability: 0 - None Reactivity: 0 - None Personnel Protective Equipment: goggles face shield, apron, respirator and proper gloves.
