Potential Acute Health Effects
Eyes No known acute effects of this product resulting from eye contact. Skin Hazardous in case of skin contact (permeator). May be hazardous in case of skin contact (irritant). Skin inflammation is characterized by itching, scaling, reddening, or, occasionally, blistering. Inhalation Hazardous in case of inhalation. May be hazardous in case of inhalation (lung irritant). BREATHING HIGH VAPOR CONCENTRATIONS MAY CAUSE CYANIDE POISONING. In most cases, cyanide poisoning causes a deceptively healthy pink to red skin color. However, if a physical injury or lack of oxygen is involved, the skin may be bluish. Reddening of the eyes and pupil dilation are symptoms of cyanide poisoning. Cyanosis (blue discoloration of the skin) tends to be associated with severe cyanide poisonings. Ingestion Hazardous in case of ingestion.
Potential chronic health
Effects Carcinogenic Effects This material is not known to cause cancer in animals or humans.
