Principle Routes of Exposure
Inhalation Short Term Exposure Inhalation of fine particulates may cause mild irritation of the respiratory tract. May cause mild transient eye irritation. Long Term Exposure Repeated and prolonged inhalation of dust in excess of respirable dust levels may lead to a benign pneumoconiosis (dust in the lungs). This condition may cause some impairment of lung function which may be reversible with reduced exposure.
