1999/45/EC The formulation of this product does not require the inclusion of any of the mandatory warnings required under Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of The European Parliament and of The Council of 30 November 2009 on Cosmetic Page: 2 of 5 Cosmetic products are specifically exempt from Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of The European Parliament and of The Council of 16 December 2008 on Classification, Labelling and Packaging of substances and mixtures (CLP), amending and repealing Directives 67/548/EEC and 1999/45/EC, and amending Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 and therefore do not need to carry the Hazard Warnings under this Regulation.
