Heating may cause a fire. May intensify fire; oxidizer. Harmful if swallowed or if inhaled. Causes severe skin burns and eye damage.
Prevention
Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Keep away from clothing and other combustible materials. Keep only in original packaging. Keep cool. Ground and bond container and receiving equipment. Avoid breathing mist or vapors. Wash skin thoroughly after handling. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Use only outdoors or in a well- ventilated area. Wear protective gloves/ protective clothing/ eye protection/ face protection/ hearing protection. Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
Response
IF SWALLOWED: Call a POISON CENTER/ doctor if you feel unwell. Rinse mouth. IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/ shower. IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER/ doctor. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER/ doctor. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. In case of fire: Use dry sand, dry chemical or alcohol-resistant foam to extinguish. In case of fire: Use water spray to extinguish. Get medical advice/ attention if you feel unwell.
