This is a personal care product which is subject to regulations by the US FDA and Health Canada. The product and its ingredients were assessed for safety and labeled for the appropriate intended use. This product is exempt under US Hazcom 2012 and the Canadian WHMIS 2015 regulations, including the requirement to provide an SDS.
