Precautionary statements
Causes burns/ serious damage to mouth, throat and stomach. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Keep and store away from clothing and other combustible materials. Take any precaution to avoid mixing with combustibles. Keep container tightly closed. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Wash affected areas thoroughly after handling. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye or face protection. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing for at least 15 minutes. Immediately call a Poison Center (1-800-851-7145) or physician. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Dispose of in accordance with all federal, state and local applicable regulations. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION:. DO NOT MIX WITH AMMONIA, BLEACH OR OTHER CHLORINATED COMPOUNDS. Mix only with water. Can react to release hazardous gases. May vigorously react with strong alkaline products resulting in spattering and excessive heat.
