2.1 Classification of the substance or mixture
This product does not meet the criteria for classification as a hazardous preparation laid down in either EU Directive 1999/45/EC (as amended) or in Regulation (EC) 1272/2008 (CLP). However, as is the case with all chemical compositions, certain precautionary measures aimed at ensuring the well- being of those who will use this product and at protecting the natural environment against unnecessary pollution must be applied. Precautionary measures appropriate to this product are detailed in the following pages. Overexposure to this product may cause very slight irritation of the eyes and skin. Discharge of this product to watercourses or drainage systems may be harmful to the environment. Areas covered by spilled product will be slippery.
