2.1 Classification of the substance or mixture
This component of the Demeditec CRP – hsCRP ELISA kit is classified as a hazardous mixture according to EC Regulation N° 1272/2008/EC. It contains a hazardous substance in concentrations equal to, or exceeding the concentration limits specified in this EC Regulation, amended by EU Regulation N° 2016/1179/EU. The usual precautionary measures are to be adhered to when handling chemicals. Classification of the hazardous substance: N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone Classification for mixtures with generic concentration limits C ≥ 0,3 % : Reproductive Toxicant Category 1B (Repr. 1B)
