Potential health effects
EYE: Eye irritant. SKIN: Submersion of unprotected skin in highly concentrated solutions for prolonged periods could cause skin dehydration. May cause irritation. INGESTION: May cause nausea, vomiting and stomach irritation. Very low toxicity if swallowed. Small amounts swallowed incidentally as a result of normal handling operations are not likely to cause injury; however, swallowing larger amounts may cause injury. INHALATION: Prolonged inhalation may result in respiratory irritation. None Known. Inhalation of vapors and mist of the product may be irritating to the respiratory system. Excessive inhalation of this material causes headache, dizziness, nausea and loss of motor skills. CHRONIC (CANCER) INFORMATION: Not listed by IARC or NTP as a carcinogen.
