There are no known health hazards with this product. Generally considered a non-irritant, does not have a significant risk, provided, that the proper use, handling and storage precautions are exercised. However, prolonged exposure may cause mild irritation and redness. While this material has a low level of toxicity, good industrial hygiene practices are encouraged to minimize exposure.
Potential health effects
EYE: Mild eye irritant. SKIN: Mild skin irritant. INGESTION: Very low toxicity if swallowed. Small amounts swallowed incidentally as a result of normal handling operations are not likely to cause injury; however, swallowing larger amounts may cause injury. INHALATION: Under normal conditions, using adequate ventilation no problems are expected. CHRONIC (CANCER) INFORMATION: Not listed by IARC or NTP as a carcinogen.
