SECTION 2: Hazards identification
The natural rubber latex may cause skin irritation and sensitisation (an allergic skin reaction) in some individuals. Symptoms may include: dry or itchy skin, skin sores, bumps and/or rash around the glove area. Skin: Natural rubber latex allergy: (caused by proteins in the latex.) This serious allergy can cause severe reacitons. Symptoms are: hives, skin rash, itching, swelling, sneezing, and/or difficulty breathing.
