2.3 Other hazards
Exposure may aggravate those with pre-existing eye, skin, or respiratory conditions. Exposure may aggravate individuals with pre- existing skin, kidney, liver, and pulmonary disorders. Flammable vapors can accumulate in head space of closed systems. Diesel Particulate Matter (DPM) is a component of diesel exhaust both of which can cause headache, dizziness, and irritation to the eyes, nose, and throat. Prolonged exposure to DPM and diesel exhaust can also increase the risk of respiratory, cardiopulmonary, and lung cancer. Contains Sulfur, may release small amounts of hydrogen sulfide. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly flammable, explosive gas under certain conditions, is a toxic gas, and may be fatal. Gas can accumulate in the headspace of closed containers, use caution when opening sealed containers. Heating the product or containers can cause thermal decomposition of the product and release hydrogen sulfide. 2.4.
