Emergency Overview Warning! Flammable liquid and vapor. Causes eye irritation. Prolonged or repeated skin contact may cause drying, cracking, or irritation. High vapor concentrations may cause drowsiness and irritation of the eyes or respiratory tract. Potential peroxide former.
Potential health effects
Eyes Irritating to eyes. May cause burning sensation, redness, swelling, and/or blurred vision. Skin Repeated exposure may cause a burning sensation and dryness or cracking. Inhalation Slightly irritating to respiratory system. Vapors may cause a temporary burning sensation of the nose and throat, coughing, and/or difficulty breathing. If material enters lungs, may cause coughing, choking, wheezing, difficulty breathing, chest congestion, shortness of breath, and/or fever. Breathing of high vapor concentrations may cause central nervous system (CNS) depression resulting in dizziness, lightheadedness, headache, nausea, and loss of coordination. Ingestion Harmful: May cause lung damage if swallowed.
