Batteries are articles and therefore exempted from the UN-GHS classification requirements. There are no GHS labelling requirements for articles. Other labelling requirements apply for batteries according to the EU Directive 2006/66 for batteries. Nevertheless, the following warning must be observed: keep out of reach of children.
