Precautionary statements
Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No Smoking Wash thoroughly after handling. Wear protective gloves and eye/face protection. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention. If on skin: Wash with plenty of water. Take off contaminated clothing and wash it before reuse. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention. In case of fire: Use water fog, dry chemical, CO2 or ‘alcohol’ foam to extinguish. Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep cool. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local/regional/national/international regulations.
Other hazards which do not result in classification
Burning produces obnoxious and toxic fumes. Ingestion may cause gastrointestinal irritation, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Inhalation of high concentrations may cause dizziness, disorientation, incoordination, narcosis, nausea or narcotic effects.
