of exposure 1-Propanol, 2-methyl- ( 78-83-1 ) Isobutanol: Toxicity is moderate by the oral, inhalation, and dermal routes. It is a moderate to severe eye irritant and a mild skin irritant. Narcotic-like activity to the central nervous system at high concentrations. For genotoxicity, there is no activity in a variety of assays for genotoxicity. For carcinogenicity, no studies have been conducted using established scientific principles. Oleic Acid ( 112-80-1 ) Oleic Acid: Shown to be a mild skin and eye irritant in tests on rabbits. Moderately irritating in testing on human skin. Listed as an equivocal tumorigenic agent. Based on animal studies, this product was found to be a non-irritant to skin and eyes.
