SECTION 2: Hazards identification
Emergency Overview IMMEDIATE CONCERNS: Amber liquid with a faint, mild petroleum odor. Moderately combustible. May support combustion if' heated above the product’s flash point .Thermal decomposition and burning may form toxic by-products. For huge exposures or tire, wear personal protective equipotent. Highly toxic to fish and aquatic organisms. Keep out of drains and water courses. Moderately irritating to the skin.
Health hazards
Effects from overexposure result from either swallowing, or coming into contact with the skin or eyes. Symptoms of overexposure include increased hypersensitivity to touch and sound. Tremors and convulsions. Contact with this product has rarely produced skin sensations such as numbing. Burning and tingling. These sensations arc reversible and usually subside within 12 hours.
