NIOSH/OSHA Occupational Health Guidelines for Chemical Hazards and/or NIOSH Pocket Guide to Chemical Hazards lists the following effects of overexposure to the chemicals/materials tabulated below when they are inhaled, ingested, or contacted with skin or eye: Permissible Exposure Level: There are no knowing health hazards from exposure to lamps that are intact. No advance effects are expected from occasional exposure. Effects of Overexposure: INGESTION: Not a probable route of exposure. SKIN: Materials are not likely to cause irritation. Contact with heated material may cause thermal burns. EYE: Solid/dust may cause irritation due to mechanical action. INHALATION: Processing fumes may cause irritation to the respiratory tract, coughing, choking. All other components of this product do not pose a significant risk of respiratory and/or physical effects.
