Animal studies show that 1-Methoxy-2-propanol acetate has caused damage to the respiratory system. Inhalation of Naphtha has caused fetotoxic effects at maternally toxic doses in laboratory animals. Reports have associated repeated and prolonged occupational exposure to solvents with permanent brain and nervous system damage. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling vapors may be harmful or fatal.
Medical Conditions Generally Aggravated by Exposure
