Highly flammable liquid and vapor. Toxic if swallowed. Toxic in contact with skin. Toxic if inhaled. Causes damage to the optic nerve, skin, respiratory and central nervous systems and gastrointestinal tract.
Precautionary statements
Prevention. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames and hot surfaces. No smoking. Keep container tightly closed. Ground and bond containers and receiving equipment. Use explosion- proof electrical, ventilating and lighting equipment. Use only non-sparking tools. Take precautionary measures against static discharge. Do not breathe fumes, mists, vapor and spray.
