Very toxic to aquatic organisms, may cause long-term adverse effects in the aquatic enviroment.
Potential health effects
Eye May cause eye irritation. Skin May cause skin sensitization, an allergic reaction, which becomes evident on re-exposure to this material. Prolonged or repeated contact can result in de-fatting and drying of the skin which may result in skin irritation and dermatitis (rash). Inhalation May cause respiratory tract irritation. Ingestion Ingestion of this product may result in central nervous system effects including headache, sleepiness, dizziness, slurred speech and blurred vision. The products contain low viscosity components (hydrocarbon mixtures) which present a health hazard by being aspirated into the lungs when swallowed. Due to the high viscosity of the product itself this health hazard is minimized. Carcinogenicity None of the components present in this material at concentrations equal or greater than 0.1% is listed by IARC, NTP, OSHA or ACHIG as a carcinogen.
