Potential health effects
Eye Contact: Solid or dust may cause irritation or corneal injury due to mechanical action. Skin Contact: Brief contact is essentially nonirritating to skin. Skin Absorption: Prolonged skin contact is unlikely to result in absorption of harmful amounts. Inhalation: No adverse effects are anticipated from single exposure to dust. Ingestion: Low toxicity if swallowed. Small amounts swallowed incidentally as a result of normal handling operations are not likely to cause injury; however, swallowing larger amounts may cause injury.
