SECTION 2: Hazards identification
Signs and Symptoms of Overexposure: Skin Contact: In rare cases, glycerides may cause allergic reaction upon prolonged or repeated contact. Occupational exposure to vegetable oil is associated with skin irritation. Repeated or prolonged contact with urea may cause reddening, itching and inflammation. Eye Contact: While glycerides may cause minor irritation, occupational exposure to vegetable oil is associated with vision interference and tearing. Urea is a severe irritant. Ingestion: May cause gastrointestinal disturbances including irritation, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Inhalation: May cause irritation of upper respiratory system, coughing.
