Health hazards

Corrosive substance, causes burns Symptoms and effects of exposure: inhalation – vapours of the product may cause irritation and burns of respiratory mucosa causing coughing, burning throat, shortness of breath, consumption - corrosive, causes irritation and severe burns of the mouth, throat, stomach and the risk of perforation, contact with the skin-corrosive, the symptoms are redness, pain and severe burns, may form deep ulcers, and skin discoloration, eye contact – vapours cause irritation, can contribute to eye tissue damage. Hazardous properties: Oxidizing properties, under the influence of light and heat decomposes with evolution of toxic nitrogen dioxide. Threat to environment: May cause a threat to the environment due to the change in pH.
