Eye Contact : Solid or dust may cause irritation or corneal injury due to me- chanical action. Elevated temperatures may generate vapor levels sufficient to cause eye irritation. Effects may include discomfort and redness. Skin Contact : Under normal processing conditions, material is heated to ele- vated temperatures; contact with the material may cause ther- mal burns. Inhalation : Dust may cause irritation to upper respiratory tract (nose and throat). Vapors/fumes released during thermal processing may cause respiratory irritation. Ingestion : May cause choking if swallowed. 2.4 Additional Physical Information If converted to small particles during further processing, handling, or by other means, may form com- bustible dust concentration in air.
