Potential health effects
Eye Contact: Corrosive, contact causes severe eye burns which may result in permanent tissue and corneal damage. Skin Contact: Corrosive causes skin burns and severe irritation. Skin Absorption: Toxic by skin contact. Inhalation: Corrosive. Product may emit highly toxic and corrosive vapor/gas, especially on heating Ingestion: Toxic by ingestion. Corrosive to tissues: may cause severe and persistent burns. Target Organs: Eyes. Skin. Respiratory system. G.I. Tract. Signs/Symptoms: Ingestion or skin absorption may cause damage to kidneys, lungs, liver and/or heart. Very corrosive, causing severe burns to skin, eyes and mucous membranes.
