Hazard statements
H220:Extremely flammable gas. H231:May react explosively even in the absence of air at elevated pressure and/or temperature. H280:Contains gas under pressure; may explode if heated. May form explosive mixtures in air.
Prevention
P210:Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, and other ignition sources. No smoking. P202:Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood. P271:Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area
Response
P304+P340 IF INHALED Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. P314 :Get medical advice/attention if you feel unwell. P377 Leaking gas fire Do not extinguish, unless leak can be stopped safely P381 :Eliminate all ignition sources if safe to do so.
Disposal
P501:Disposal of contents/container to be specified in accordance with regulations.
2.3 Other hazards
High pressure gas. Can cause rapid suffocation. Extremely flammable. May form explosive mixtures in air. Immediate fire and explosion hazard exists when mixed with air at concentrations exceeding the lower flammability limit (LFL). High concentrations that can cause rapid suffocation are within the flammable range and should not be entered. Avoid breathing gas. Self contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) may be required.
