Emergency Overview: Reddish-brown colored liquid. Poses slight health risks (irritation) when in con- tact with skin, eyes, respiratory, and mucous membranes. Responders should be prepared with suitable gas masks or appropriate self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA). Not D.O.T. regulated. Symptoms Of Over Exposure: Eyes: May cause inflammation, redness, and possible damage with prolonged exposure. Skin: Contact may cause irritation. Prolonged or repeated exposure may lead to reddening of skin, rash, dermatitis or other skin reactions. Inhalation: It may cause headaches, nausea, or weakness in case of prolonged exposure. Inhalation of dust may cause irritation of the upper respiratory tract. Oxygen can be administered if breathing be- comes difficult. Ingestion: Harmful if swallowed. May result in nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, digestive disorders, or chemical burns.
