Ingestion Not an expected route of exposure. Do not ingest. Harmful if swallowed. Ingestion may cause gastrointestinal irritation, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.
Potential chronic health
May cause adverse liver effects. Nursing Mothers: Systemically administered cortiocosteroids appear in human milk and could suppress growth, interfere with endogenous corticosteroids production, or cause other effects. It is not known whether topical administration of corticosteroids could result in sufficient systemic absorption to produce detectable quatities in human milk. Because many drugs are excreted in human milk, caution should be exercised when clotrimazole dipropionate cream is administered to a nursing woman.
Medical Conditions Generally Aggravated by Exposure
None known.
Environmental hazards
Harmful to aquatic organisms, may cause long-term adverse effects in the aquatic environment. See Section 12 for additional Ecological Information.
